- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales preferred
- Strong ability to build relationships and close deals
- Knowledge of vehicle features, financing options, and trade-in processes
- Comfortable using CRM tools and digital sales platforms
- Ability to generate leads through networking, prospecting, and follow-up
