Built for the work behind the visit
A Service Department
Built to Do More
Completed in 2023, our Denison facility brought a dedicated service drive and extensive workspace to our US-75 location. It's a practical foundation for the variety of service needs our customers bring us.
Some visits are familiar maintenance; others call for diagnosis, parts decisions, or repairs requiring additional time and equipment. Our service department is set up to support that range without treating every concern as the same kind of appointment.

A home for different drivers
Chevrolet, Cadillac & Plenty in Between
Whether your vehicle handles commutes, family travel, work, or weekend towing, the most useful service conversation starts with its make, model, and how you actually use it.
Know-How for the Chevy You Depend On
A Silverado that handles work or tows a boat toward Lake Texoma and an Equinox that logs daily miles on US-75 may need different kinds of attention. Our Chevrolet-trained team uses manufacturer service information for the systems on your specific vehicle.
Service Expertise for the Cadillac You Drive
Whether you drive an XT5, a CT5, or an Escalade, model-specific systems and manufacturer maintenance information matter. Our Cadillac-trained technicians can help you discuss a warning message, a service milestone, or a new concern.
Not a Chevrolet or Cadillac? That's Okay — Ask Us.
Our service team also works on many other makes, including pre-owned cars, trucks, and SUVs. Share the year, make, model, mileage, and concern so we can confirm whether the right service, parts, and equipment are available for your vehicle.
Commercial & Fleet Service / Texoma
Service for the Vehicles That Keep Your Business Moving
For a business with several trucks or vehicles on the road, a maintenance visit is also a scheduling decision. Staying on top of routine service and addressing developing problems helps you plan around the jobs, deliveries, and people depending on those vehicles.
Our Denison service operation supports commercial and government vehicle needs, including certain heavy-duty and specialized vehicles. If you manage a small work fleet, multiple company vehicles, or a larger operation across North Texas and Southern Oklahoma, talk with our team about recurring maintenance needs, repair concerns, and which vehicles we can accommodate.
When Several Vehicles Depend on You
Let's Talk About What Your Fleet Needs
Discuss manufacturer-recommended service, mileage, and usage patterns across your vehicles.
Describe the concern and ask about inspection scope, estimates, parts, and scheduling.
Confirm vehicle size, equipment requirements, and eligible service with our commercial team.
The vehicles we can accommodate, service scope, and appointment timing depend on the work requested. Please confirm details with our commercial team.
The right support for the job
Maintenance, Repairs & Parts
in One Place
A scheduled oil change, a warning light, and a parts question don't call for identical next steps. Our service and parts teams are in the same location, so you can discuss the work your vehicle may need and ask about GM Genuine Parts or ACDelco options where applicable. Our Service Center provides the detailed maintenance and repair information.
Have a Chevrolet or Cadillac warranty concern or an open recall? Ask our service team about the appropriate next steps for your vehicle, including eligibility and any parts or scheduling requirements.
Classic Valet / Service pickup & return
We Can Pick Up
& Return Your Vehicle
Classic Valet is an option for eligible service visits when you can't easily make the trip yourself. Our team can arrange to pick up a qualifying vehicle, bring it to the dealership for maintenance or repairs, and return it when the work is complete.
For a workday in Denison or Sherman, this can mean fewer trips across town. Ask us about your address, vehicle, and appointment first so we can confirm the available pickup arrangements.
If you'd rather stay on-site
A Place to Make the Wait Your Own
Prefer to stay while your vehicle is being serviced? Our Denison facility includes spaces to take care of a few tasks, settle in with the family, or step outside while you wait. It's a comfortable alternative to arranging a ride elsewhere.
Start with the right conversation
Make the Most of Your Service Visit
Good service begins before a wrench turns. Here are three useful ways to make an appointment more productive, whether you're coming in for routine care or a problem that hasn't been diagnosed.
Tell Us What You're Noticing
Share the vehicle's year, model, and mileage, plus what you've noticed and when it happens. Mention regular trailer towing, short trips, or heavy highway use if relevant; your driving pattern can help frame the conversation.
Talk Through Timing & Steps
Ask what the inspection is intended to determine, how repair estimates and approval work, and whether a part or another visit may be needed. Confirm appointment timing with the team.
Choose How to Manage the Day
Plan how you'll spend the visit: use the customer areas, ask about qualifying Classic Valet pickup and return, or discuss timing if the repair is expected to take longer.
For maintenance timing, your owner's manual and manufacturer guidance are the best starting points. Our team can help you talk through recommendations specific to your vehicle.

Questions Worth Asking
Can Classic service a vehicle that isn't a Chevrolet or Cadillac?
Yes. We work with many makes in addition to Chevrolet and Cadillac. When you request service, share the vehicle's year, make, model, mileage, and concern so our team can confirm the appropriate service options.
Is dealership service required to keep my factory warranty?
No. In general, routine maintenance does not have to be performed at a dealership to keep a manufacturer's warranty in effect. Follow your maintenance requirements and keep records. Covered repairs and recall work can have specific terms; ask us about your vehicle's eligibility. Learn more from the Federal Trade Commission.
What are the Classic Valet service requirements?
We offer free service pickup and return within 30 miles for a vehicle that runs and drives, with a $100 minimum service purchase. Availability and timing should be confirmed with our team. Review the current Valet program before arranging pickup for full terms of service.
Can I stay at the dealership during service?
Yes. Our facility has customer waiting amenities, including Wi-Fi, coffee, bottled water, and space for children. If you'd like to use the fishing pond or pier while waiting, ask the service team about access.
Do you offer service on Saturdays?
Yes. Our service hours on Saturdays are 7:30 AM–2:00 PM; we're closed Sundays. Check service availability when scheduling, especially around holidays.
Can Classic help maintain several work trucks or fleet vehicles?
Yes. Our service operation supports commercial and government vehicles. If you manage several work vehicles, call our fleet and commercial team at (903) 858-6689 to discuss ongoing maintenance needs, repair concerns, vehicle compatibility, and scheduling. Heavy-duty and specialized work is confirmed case by case.
