The whole process of selecting and ordering a new RAV4 was very easy and enjoyable. David Dryden walked us thru the whole process and followed up when the car came with instructions on the car. We applied for financing online and completed the signing in a very comfortable manner with Kaden Pennell.

My Husband Herb and I had a great experience with Sam! He was not a typical salesman. Which we were really nervous about. He was very straight and direct with us. Very easy going and just had an overall excellent experience! To finish off the visit was finance department... ugg the most stressful! But not in this case.
