This is where I will go for any car purchase from here on out. Thad was amazing to work with. He is kind and patient and honest. Todd was great too, throughly explaining all paperwork before me signing and answering any questions I had. Terry, the general manager, was great too. He checked in several times and was very kind. Overall, it was an excellent, no pressure experience.

Excellent sales Department, specifically Dawson. He put in time and effort to find exactly thectruck I was looking for and that far exceeded several other dealers. He fairly negotiated a deal and stuck by it. The truck was delivered a timely manner and was ready to go when I arrived at the dealership. Todd from financing was all set and worked through the paperwork with me and was super efficient . Great experience overall.

The salesman name was Brad and he did amazing job, very nice, extremely knowledgeable he explained everything about the truck. Also Todd the finance manager was very helpful also. I had called 7 different dealerships out of all of them only Classic and one dealer in Mcalester was very helpful. We would come back to Classic if we need another truck.

Went to view a vehicle on Sunday afternoon, got Home that evening and used the Chat service on the website to request availability and actually texted with a person who relayed the questions I had to their team and received an email from Jessica not long after letting me know she would reach out soon. The next morning got a text regarding the vehicle from Jessica and begin to send information, not much later Todd called us with the figures, They worked hard to get us where we needed to be and showed an eagerness to get us taken care of, never a feeling of we want your money or trying to project us into a different vehicle! From the first call from Zephen to my interaction with Todd in finance, I received personalized, honest service. After hours of searching i found a suburban online that was at Classic Chevrolet in Denison I called because the pictures were not posted yet. Zephen took my call and went above and beyond from the beginning. He sent me photos of the truck and the carfax within minutes of the request. Even filling out the application for pre approval he got on the phone and helped fill it out. Todd in finance worked through the rest of the process and made the whole thing easy. A few minutes later they called and told me to head that way and within the next hour I was driving home back to Mckinney. Great experience.
