Absolutely the best purchase experience! We exchanged texts concerning a potential purchase and were constantly updated on the status. The truck and several other alternative options were discussed. Zack and Jacob worked hard to find a solution to our needs in a totally professional and informative manner No pressure, just friendly problem solving. From the receptionist to the finance manager we felt welcome and a valued customer. We left very satisfied with our new truck. Highly recommend! Great experience!!! I arrived at 5:50pm and drove away in my new to me car at 7:13pm. Heath was wonderful. In fact, everyone there was polite, kind, and courteous. The finance manager was excellent. I got a 2024 Chevy Trax and I absolutely love it. I highly recommend this dealership. I drove an hour to them. Top notch service.

I was so stressed out and tired of hearing all the sales pitches and was about ready to give up on finding a car but this nice young old man Danny lol, made me feel relaxed and at home! Him and his team thought of things I didn’t, shared info spent literally all day with me and helped me understand things. He showed me several vehicles and options. Didn’t try to push me for something I couldn’t do or didn’t want. Him and his team went to bat for me and listened. I got to know them, exchanged laughs and stories when we were waiting on things to get done. In the end he made my dreams come true! I drove away with an amazing vehicle that I love and made the price and my payments work for me! He stayed late but we did it and I’m super happy now he can go take his wife a hamburger for being late to dinner. And my mom gets a check for her referral! Best guy, team, dealership, vehicles and all. The filled my tank up and washed it up before they gave it to me! 10 stars in my book!

Everyone was great from start to finish. I appreciated them taking the time to diagnose my truck. These newer vehicles are tricky and we kicked our truck into limp mode after doing rear brakes. I towed it there and they got it done in a timely manner. Also did an alignment and rotated my tires too while it was there. Thank you guys

Oh what a difference it makes once you own the vehicle. Absolutely horrible service. 3 visits to the dealership, each time telling them there was a problem with the radio. Meticulously telling them what wasn't working. All for them to tell me that i was right and that their solutions failed. Service contract that they sold me covers nothing. Sold the truck to me with a leaking oil cooler and a bad power steering pump.

Everyone was great from start to finish. I appreciated them taking the time to diagnose my truck. These newer vehicles are tricky and we kicked our truck into limp mode after doing rear brakes. I towed it there and they got it done in a timely manner. Also did an alignment and rotated my tires too while it was there. Thank you guys

Oh what a difference it makes once you own the vehicle. Absolutely horrible service. 3 visits to the dealership, each time telling them there was a problem with the radio. Meticulously telling them what wasn't working. All for them to tell me that i was right and that their solutions failed. Service contract that they sold me covers nothing. Sold the truck to me with a leaking oil cooler and a bad power steering pump.

I am the person who overpays at carmax just because I hate the process of buying a truck from a dealer. This was the easiest experience I’ve ever had buying a truck. I was interested in a used F150 from out of state and Brad took as many phone calls as it needed for me to be comfortable. On my 3rd call to ask about a feature on the truck he found a dent that hadn’t been seen yet. He was super apologetic that he missed it and sent me plenty of pictures so I could assess it. I flew into DFW and Brad arranged for David to pick me up and drive me over an hour to the dealership. The truck was in better shape than described and I couldn’t be happier. I was there less than 15 minutes before I was on the road for my 7 hour drive home. Next time I need a vehicle, I will contact Brad first, even though I’m 7 hours away!

The new location for the dealership is conveniently located right off the highway which is a plus. Fred Mask has to be one of the best car salesman in the business for sure. Classic Chevrolet just opened their new facility on Hwy 75, which is gorgeous. It is clean, neat, and very well laid out. Their service dept has a total of 50 bays! They have a good selection of new and used Chevy's and other trade-ins on their lot. We purchased a 2023 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab with the exterior Radiant Red paint option and a two-tone black/brown interior. The truck is like new, with low miles. It is the High Country Premier addition. We're extremely happy with our truck and with Classic Chevrolet!

I Came from Montana To buy a 2500 silverado. The pricing in this area is great compared to the rest of the country. Brad Ramsey made me feel comfortable about buying sight unseen. As someone who would rather get a root canal than go through the car buying process, I have to say, Brad is a saving grace for today’s salesperson! He gives me hope! Every vehicle I have purchased has all but given me stomach ulcers due to the nagging, constant badgering and back and forth mumbo jumbo but the entire process of buying this Challenger at Classic made so much more sense with Brad leading this deal. My past experiences with salesman have turned me into a stubborn and bitter buyer but he knew his business, he was knowledgeable and had answers ready when I asked any questions. Danny Baxley was recommended to me by a long time friend. I have been driving Fords since 1987 and when we met Danny it was like being welcomed home by an old friend. The salesman name was Brad and he did amazing job, very nice, extremely knowledgeable he explained everything about the truck. Also Todd the finance manager was very helpful also. I had called 7 different dealerships out of all of them only Classic and one dealer in Mcalester was very helpful. We would come back to Classic if we need another truck.

Went to view a vehicle on Sunday afternoon, got Home that evening and used the Chat service on the website to request availability and actually texted with a person who relayed the questions I had to their team and received an email from Jessica not long after letting me know she would reach out soon. The next morning got a text regarding the vehicle from Jessica and begin to send information, not much later Todd called us with the figures, They worked hard to get us where we needed to be and showed an eagerness to get us taken care of, never a feeling of we want your money or trying to project us into a different vehicle! We dealt with the dealership over the phone to begin our purchase journey, so that when we arrived, we did not have to stay longer than it took to drive the car, and have the paperwork printed up, vehicle detailed and filled with gas. Then, a rebate was located, which made the price of the car, which was already outstanding, even better. Highly recommend this dealership. I called Brad from Oklahoma, looking for a pre-owner vehicle. Now, I did not end up purchasing the vehicle in question, due to an aggressive price reduction by a dealership local to me. However, Brad went out of his way to give me details and a video walk-around of the vehicle. He was also very pleasant and respectful of my time.
