Absolutely the best purchase experience! We exchanged texts concerning a potential purchase and were constantly updated on the status. The truck and several other alternative options were discussed. Zack and Jacob worked hard to find a solution to our needs in a totally professional and informative manner No pressure, just friendly problem solving. From the receptionist to the finance manager we felt welcome and a valued customer. We left very satisfied with our new truck. Highly recommend! Great experience!!! I arrived at 5:50pm and drove away in my new to me car at 7:13pm. Heath was wonderful. In fact, everyone there was polite, kind, and courteous. The finance manager was excellent. I got a 2024 Chevy Trax and I absolutely love it. I highly recommend this dealership. I drove an hour to them. Top notch service.

I was so stressed out and tired of hearing all the sales pitches and was about ready to give up on finding a car but this nice young old man Danny lol, made me feel relaxed and at home! Him and his team thought of things I didn’t, shared info spent literally all day with me and helped me understand things. He showed me several vehicles and options. Didn’t try to push me for something I couldn’t do or didn’t want. Him and his team went to bat for me and listened. I got to know them, exchanged laughs and stories when we were waiting on things to get done. In the end he made my dreams come true! I drove away with an amazing vehicle that I love and made the price and my payments work for me! He stayed late but we did it and I’m super happy now he can go take his wife a hamburger for being late to dinner. And my mom gets a check for her referral! Best guy, team, dealership, vehicles and all. The filled my tank up and washed it up before they gave it to me! 10 stars in my book!

Everyone was great from start to finish. I appreciated them taking the time to diagnose my truck. These newer vehicles are tricky and we kicked our truck into limp mode after doing rear brakes. I towed it there and they got it done in a timely manner. Also did an alignment and rotated my tires too while it was there. Thank you guys

Oh what a difference it makes once you own the vehicle. Absolutely horrible service. 3 visits to the dealership, each time telling them there was a problem with the radio. Meticulously telling them what wasn't working. All for them to tell me that i was right and that their solutions failed. Service contract that they sold me covers nothing. Sold the truck to me with a leaking oil cooler and a bad power steering pump.

Everyone was great from start to finish. I appreciated them taking the time to diagnose my truck. These newer vehicles are tricky and we kicked our truck into limp mode after doing rear brakes. I towed it there and they got it done in a timely manner. Also did an alignment and rotated my tires too while it was there. Thank you guys

Oh what a difference it makes once you own the vehicle. Absolutely horrible service. 3 visits to the dealership, each time telling them there was a problem with the radio. Meticulously telling them what wasn't working. All for them to tell me that i was right and that their solutions failed. Service contract that they sold me covers nothing. Sold the truck to me with a leaking oil cooler and a bad power steering pump.

I just purchased a lightly used vehicle from Classic Chevrolet. I was provided the Carfax before arrival at the dealer. The salesman was very relaxed, friendly, and helpful. Sales tax was the standard 6.25%. Tag, title, document fee, etc were just over $350. Excellent! No hidden fees or charges! I would definitely use Classic Chevrolet again. It has that small town, country charm. No pressure or gimmicks, just good cars with great service.

After hours of searching i found a suburban online that was at Classic Chevrolet in Denison I called because the pictures were not posted yet. Zephen took my call and went above and beyond from the beginning. He sent me photos of the truck and the carfax within minutes of the request. Even filling out the application for pre approval he got on the phone and helped fill it out. Todd in finance worked through the rest of the process and made the whole thing easy. A few minutes later they called and told me to head that way and within the next hour I was driving home back to Mckinney. Great experience.

Classic has had our back with our 2020 Escalade for two years and we didn’t even purchase it from them! It has has had several problems and they are always quick, kind, and courteous! It has a rattle and they are still working to locate this problem!!! They always wash & dry my car before I pick it up and it looks marvelous! They do the oil changes too!!! We love Classic Chevrolet in Denison!

I've never experienced a staff that was as friendly as the staff here. From the first phone call to the moment of purchase. My initial contact was with Mr. Danny Baxley. He made it clear that he wanted his customers to be happy when they left the dealership. The entire staff made it feel like you were in the presence of family. Driving an hour away to purchase my vehicle was well worth it. I will be back in the future. As a woman, I didn't feel pressure or talked down to throughout the entire process. What a great experience. You know how some people just dread shopping for a new car? The pressure, the pushiness, the bait and switch? You will find NONE of that here at Classic Chevrolet Cadillac. It was a wonderful, enjoyable, honest experience. Zephen took great care of us as did the rest of the staff and we felt very much at home and appreciated. We drove 4 hours to get to this dealership so that should say something! They had the car I truly loved, they were patient and helpful throughout the prepurchase experience and true to their word. Upon arrival at the dealership, it was a hometown community experience with genuine friendliness. They even check-in with us to make sure we got home safely. Would I purchase another vehicle from this dealer? You bet I would.
