Absolutely the best purchase experience! We exchanged texts concerning a potential purchase and were constantly updated on the status. The truck and several other alternative options were discussed. Zack and Jacob worked hard to find a solution to our needs in a totally professional and informative manner No pressure, just friendly problem solving. From the receptionist to the finance manager we felt welcome and a valued customer. We left very satisfied with our new truck. Highly recommend! Great experience!!! I arrived at 5:50pm and drove away in my new to me car at 7:13pm. Heath was wonderful. In fact, everyone there was polite, kind, and courteous. The finance manager was excellent. I got a 2024 Chevy Trax and I absolutely love it. I highly recommend this dealership. I drove an hour to them. Top notch service.

I was so stressed out and tired of hearing all the sales pitches and was about ready to give up on finding a car but this nice young old man Danny lol, made me feel relaxed and at home! Him and his team thought of things I didn’t, shared info spent literally all day with me and helped me understand things. He showed me several vehicles and options. Didn’t try to push me for something I couldn’t do or didn’t want. Him and his team went to bat for me and listened. I got to know them, exchanged laughs and stories when we were waiting on things to get done. In the end he made my dreams come true! I drove away with an amazing vehicle that I love and made the price and my payments work for me! He stayed late but we did it and I’m super happy now he can go take his wife a hamburger for being late to dinner. And my mom gets a check for her referral! Best guy, team, dealership, vehicles and all. The filled my tank up and washed it up before they gave it to me! 10 stars in my book!

Everyone was great from start to finish. I appreciated them taking the time to diagnose my truck. These newer vehicles are tricky and we kicked our truck into limp mode after doing rear brakes. I towed it there and they got it done in a timely manner. Also did an alignment and rotated my tires too while it was there. Thank you guys

Joel did a fantastic job. First, I couldn’t believe the dealership had four Trail Bosses, wow! Second, Joel worked hard to make it happen by the end of the month (one day)! The truck was full of fuel and cleaned up spotless! What more could you ask for? Joel spent a half hour showing all the features and signing on to onstar and the GM app.

Oh what a difference it makes once you own the vehicle. Absolutely horrible service. 3 visits to the dealership, each time telling them there was a problem with the radio. Meticulously telling them what wasn't working. All for them to tell me that i was right and that their solutions failed. Service contract that they sold me covers nothing. Sold the truck to me with a leaking oil cooler and a bad power steering pump.

I have brought a couple different vehicles here for an array of things.. oil changes, tire rotations, and mostly detailing. They offer the best rate on oil changes by far and they do an excellent job detailing. Picked my car up today after a detail job and its perfection. Not only that, but Kelly who runs the department is so wonderful to work with. I will always recommend them and will continue to return.

Michael Warfield kept us informed on how the service on our car was going. I should mention that a "sunroof" was over and above the order and that made my wife very happy. Had my Equinox detailed interior and exterior plus oil change, brake system flushed and tire rotation. Classic made it easy; dropped off my car on Monday and picked it up on Tuesday afternoon. They provided me with a loaner no problems, very professional. Deanna in service was exceptional she made things work accordingly to our plan. My 2018 Equinox looks like new. Great job detailing and service dept!

Shawn Cole (sales) and everyone we interacted with at Classic Chevy; were phenomenal. My adult daughter and I were up for our 2021 leases and were struggling to find cars that checked all our boxes. One cold call and a handful of emails back and forth with Shawn and he delivered on 2 RS chevys that 2 other big big Chevy dealerships were unable to obtain. We bought our first car from classic of texoma. Great salesman. Nathan, great finance. Zack. Now the service. Waterpump went out, used equinox, 22000 miles, but the service was awesome. Took our car into the service department and while they were evaluating our car, a courtesy driver took us to a resturant, and picked us up after we finished lunch. I put down a deposit on the 2023 Toyota Venza - and my salesperson, David Dreyden, kept me up to date on the expected arrival of the vehicle and handled the entire transaction with impeccable professionalism. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I've never had a better sales experience in any capacity from start to finish, from the salesman Chad to the finance manager Travis. I even got to meet the sales manager William, who congratulated me on my first Corvette. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a used car, they were upfront and honest about the car with a fair or maybe even below market price to boot. Made my first dealership car purchase in 16 years an absolute breeze and well worth the 250 mile drive to get there!

This dealership is the absolute best dealership I have ever worked with. They do not add any dealer markup and the only accessory they tack on is tint for $299, which I wanted anyways. So it really was a convenience accessory for me since I didn’t have to take it anywhere after I bought the car. Jacob Byrum was outstanding- very patient, knowledgeable and everything was transparent. Zach, the finance manager, was very quick and low pressure. Jacob and I did the whole purchasing process via text and email. When I arrived he took a test drive with me to make sure I was comfortable with the car, had me sign 3-4 papers and then sent me to Zach, the finance manager. Same thing, just signed 3-4 papers and I was done. The actual paper process between Jacob and Zach combined took only 20 minutes. I half expected them to tack some additional fees when I got there, but the quote they emailed me was right down to the exact cent. If I could give this place 6 out of 5 stars I would. I really wish more dealerships were as honest and customer focused as they are.

I found the jeep online that I wanted to look at, when we got there it was up on the big pedestal ramps. I found a salesman and ask if it was able to be taken down for a test drive. Sam got it down and let us drive it, and we loved it. We decided to buy it and everything about the experience dealing with Sam was great. He was never pushy or over bearing like most salesman we have dealt with in the past when we got to financial we dealt with Kade, and he was equally as amazing. We will definitely be back to buy our daughter’s vehicle from here.

I’ve been to all the dealerships in the area, and none compare to classic! It’s beautiful, clean, and a great location right off hwy 75! I was also impressed that they have a play room for kids! I started my buying experience with my sales person Tyler by phone, I was in the market for a Caddilac and had gotten pretty interested in one vehicle but not sold on it, Tyler sent me a video and comparisons on the two different vehicles, He found the exact vehicle for me and what I was looking for . He and the staff at the dealership was a pleasure to work with. I put my total trust in Tyler's experience and drove 424 miles one way to buy from this dealership and from a salesman that was awesome. On a 1 to 10 experience, I rate it at a 10. Thank you Tyler I absolutely love the caddy you found for me. My vehicle was Detailed, full of gas and everyone in the process was totally efficient.

We were passing through Denison, TX headed home to NW AR, when my 2017 Silverado 2500 HD w/ Duramax decided to go into limp mode. Since it was a Sunday evening, we stayed at a hotel only about a mile from this dealership. From the hotel the next morning, I called the dealership and was connected with Doug. After describing our dilemma, he assured me that they would work it in and would do everything possible to get us going ASAP. We "limped" to the dealership and was greeted by Doug and Billy quickly checked it in and took it back to the Service Bays where Tanner got right on it. Everyone there was not only professional, but they were genuinely concerned and very helpful. They came back with a diagnosis of failed fuel pressure sensor, along with a lot of other codes. Tanner felt confident that the other codes were thrown as a result of the pressure sensor failure. At lunch time, they offered to take us to get lunch. Jeri took us to IHOP and after enjoying a relaxing lunch, she came back and picked us up. The truck was ready within another hour and we were on our way. The truck has been operating properly since. I would greatly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for good old-fashioned, but top of the line professional service on their vehicle. We both wish we were closer to this dealership. We will very much consider buying our next vehicle here, thanks to the genuine care the Service Department provided. Please extend our sincere gratitude to these folks, as they did go out of their way to make us comfortable during this process. Kudos to all for going above and beyond!! Ken W.

Very pleased with the professional manner of the staff; they were all very polite, professional, and responsive. I would like to specifically mention Mike (UK) in service, who I believe, went above and beyond; he contacted me with status updates throughout the process and helped to explain the repair vs replacement pros and cons. I find it refreshing to experience this caliber of customer service today. I have been to several other dealerships in the past couple of years and I believe that as a result of this experience, I will be switching to Classic Chevrolet for all my future vehicle needs. Great job!
