Highly recommend Classic of Texoma in Denison for your next car purchase. Sam is extremely polite and helpful without being pushy, and the GM of Sales, William, is a class act. We were able to get Logann a beautiful, very reliable car with an extended bumper to bumper warranty for exactly $20k out the door. We were also in and out in less than one hour.

I just purchased a lightly used vehicle from Classic Chevrolet. I was provided the Carfax before arrival at the dealer. The salesman was very relaxed, friendly, and helpful. Sales tax was the standard 6.25%. Tag, title, document fee, etc were just over $350. Excellent! No hidden fees or charges! I would definitely use Classic Chevrolet again. It has that small town, country charm. No pressure or gimmicks, just good cars with great service.

Best truck buying experience I have ever had. All the staff were very professional, welcoming and friendly. No pressure at all through the entire process. I shopped online, was sent multiple vehicles to look through. When I showed up at the dealership my truck was washed, parked up front with a full tank of gas ready to go. I walked in signed some paperwork and was out the door in less than 45 minutes. Great overall experience and I would highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Classic Chevrolet in Denison. I drove from Fort Worth 1 hour 20 minutes and i was worth every mile to get the service I received

Well to be honest, I dealt with this dealership long distance. The best thing I can said about this dealership, is Mrs. Jessica Boardway (salesperson). She was the experience I've had purchasing vehicles in my 72yrs. on earth. She's professional, knows the vehicle. She's kind and caring and want to please you the best she can. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our salesman, Stuart, was willing to go out of his way to help us finalize our trade deal. After hours of searching i found a suburban online that was at Classic Chevrolet in Denison I called because the pictures were not posted yet. Zephen took my call and went above and beyond from the beginning. He sent me photos of the truck and the carfax within minutes of the request. Even filling out the application for pre approval he got on the phone and helped fill it out. Todd in finance worked through the rest of the process and made the whole thing easy. A few minutes later they called and told me to head that way and within the next hour I was driving home back to Mckinney. Great experience.

A perfect experience! I have been driving Honda's since 1987. We went in looking for a new pickup, we have a 2012 Ridgeline but my wife will not let it go. We were shown the selections and made our choice. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, the manager made the deal easy so we drove home in a new pickup. Service, speed, smiles and knowledge. You just cannot ask for more.

This experience was a great one. Danny Baxley was awesome, and kept me in mind after hearing about experience at another dealership. He found what I was looking for, even though we had never met in person. The SUV was exactly what I wanted, he called, we met, and I purchased. Very easy. Also have to say a shout out to Brad as well, he was very kind and fixed an issue I had, even as simple as it was, and worked on the other issue as well. The signing in the finance department was also a pleasant experience.

The "old man" was kind enough to find the car we saw online and directed us to the Chevrolet Cadillac location in Denison. We ended up buying a new Chevrolet Equinox out of the showroom floor, instead of the vehicle that sparked our interest.

One of the best buying experiences ever. Fred and the team, Danny and "the old man" we're exceptionally gracious and kind. Fred took care of every detail the helped us reach out buying decision. I prefer to buy and trade local as I am a retired small business owner. I used True Car for research and make model comparison so that we could make one to one vehicle comparisons for new and used. Ultimately, two test drives and we chose the new 2022 Chevrolet Equinox.

Sam was the sales person that I dealt with and he was great. I told him what I wanted and the price I wanted to stay in and he respected that. He did not show me cars that were outside that range. The entire process to maybe 2 hours from deciding on a car to finance to driving off the lot. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Classic has had our back with our 2020 Escalade for two years and we didn’t even purchase it from them! It has has had several problems and they are always quick, kind, and courteous! It has a rattle and they are still working to locate this problem!!! They always wash & dry my car before I pick it up and it looks marvelous! They do the oil changes too!!! We love Classic Chevrolet in Denison!

I was so stressed out and tired of hearing all the sales pitches and was about ready to give up on finding a car but this nice young old man Danny lol, made me feel relaxed and at home! Him and his team thought of things I didn’t, shared info spent literally all day with me and helped me understand things. He showed me several vehicles and options. Didn’t try to push me for something I couldn’t do or didn’t want. Him and his team went to bat for me and listened. I got to know them, exchanged laughs and stories when we were waiting on things to get done. In the end he made my dreams come true! I drove away with an amazing vehicle that I love and made the price and my payments work for me! He stayed late but we did it and I’m super happy now he can go take his wife a hamburger for being late to dinner. And my mom gets a check for her referral! Best guy, team, dealership, vehicles and all. The filled my tank up and washed it up before they gave it to me! 10 stars in my book!

Oh what a difference it makes once you own the vehicle. Absolutely horrible service. 3 visits to the dealership, each time telling them there was a problem with the radio. Meticulously telling them what wasn't working. All for them to tell me that i was right and that their solutions failed. Service contract that they sold me covers nothing. Sold the truck to me with a leaking oil cooler and a bad power steering pump.

I started my buying experience with my sales person Tyler by phone, I was in the market for a Caddilac and had gotten pretty interested in one vehicle but not sold on it, Tyler sent me a video and comparisons on the two different vehicles, He found the exact vehicle for me and what I was looking for . He and the staff at the dealership was a pleasure to work with. I put my total trust in Tyler's experience and drove 424 miles one way to buy from this dealership and from a salesman that was awesome. On a 1 to 10 experience, I rate it at a 10. Thank you Tyler I absolutely love the caddy you found for me. My vehicle was Detailed, full of gas and everyone in the process was totally efficient.

We were passing through Denison, TX headed home to NW AR, when my 2017 Silverado 2500 HD w/ Duramax decided to go into limp mode. Since it was a Sunday evening, we stayed at a hotel only about a mile from this dealership. From the hotel the next morning, I called the dealership and was connected with Doug. After describing our dilemma, he assured me that they would work it in and would do everything possible to get us going ASAP. We "limped" to the dealership and was greeted by Doug and Billy quickly checked it in and took it back to the Service Bays where Tanner got right on it. Everyone there was not only professional, but they were genuinely concerned and very helpful. They came back with a diagnosis of failed fuel pressure sensor, along with a lot of other codes. Tanner felt confident that the other codes were thrown as a result of the pressure sensor failure. At lunch time, they offered to take us to get lunch. Jeri took us to IHOP and after enjoying a relaxing lunch, she came back and picked us up. The truck was ready within another hour and we were on our way. The truck has been operating properly since. I would greatly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for good old-fashioned, but top of the line professional service on their vehicle. We both wish we were closer to this dealership. We will very much consider buying our next vehicle here, thanks to the genuine care the Service Department provided. Please extend our sincere gratitude to these folks, as they did go out of their way to make us comfortable during this process. Kudos to all for going above and beyond!! Ken W.

Very pleased with the professional manner of the staff; they were all very polite, professional, and responsive. I would like to specifically mention Mike (UK) in service, who I believe, went above and beyond; he contacted me with status updates throughout the process and helped to explain the repair vs replacement pros and cons. I find it refreshing to experience this caliber of customer service today. I have been to several other dealerships in the past couple of years and I believe that as a result of this experience, I will be switching to Classic Chevrolet for all my future vehicle needs.
